Job Function:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for compiling credit reporting documents organizing funding packages ordering office supplies receiving customer service calls creating and maintaining office reports as well as other various tasks to help coordinate the funding of equipment financing transactions. The position is entry level which will involve direct mentoring and working with the Senior Funding and Credit Manager in conjunction with our Commercial Lending Sources.
Job Description:
-Experience with Excel Word Outlook etc.
-Communicate with Operations and Sales Force
-Works well independently and is also a team player
-Punctual takes Initiative and Instruction
-Accurately maintain various company reports and logs
-Ability to Multitask
-Finance Background a Plus!
Qualifications:
-Background in Accounting Business Administration or Finance preferred
-Availability of full time Monday through Friday
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Extreme Attention to detail
